Collage Pricing :

Our collages are ideal for commemorative or celebratory keepsake gifts for loved ones on special occasions, or for display at group events, eg. weddings. Art Off the Wall wants to ensure that your creations incorporate all of your desired items and required services. Thus pricing for our collages includes ALL of the following:

• Scanning – Any required scanning of your photos, artwork, or other items is provided. Each item will be digitized at the appropriate resolution on a high quality scanner.

• Image Enhancement* – Any required enhancement or minor retouch or minor repair of your scanned images is provided. This may include color correction, tonal adjustments, red-eye reduction, cleaning of dust and debris, reconstructing of missing or damaged areas of image and removal of distracting elements (e.g. a stray strand of hair on the subject’s face).

• Special Effects – Beyond standard enhancements to the imagery, we will also employ any number of subtle, tasteful special effects to images as needed. Such effects may include color tinting, desaturation, softening, sharpening, masking, superimposing, resizing and adding or removing film grain or texture.

• Text – You are encouraged to provide quotes, letters, newspaper stories, lyrics of favorite songs, poetry or other meaningful messages or information. We work towards artfully integrating your text choices with the imagery for maximum impact.

• Objects – Adding 3-D items to the mix provides an even more powerful, personal touch. Some objects for consideration are dog tags, ribbons, medals, graduation tassels, hair adornments, event tickets and trinkets. These items can either be incorporated directly into the collage or scanned and returned to you.

• Embellishments – Where appropriate, we may provide a few additional embellishments (e.g. charms, ribbons or 3-D letters) at no extra cost.

• Frame Selection & Mounting - Selecting a frame that is ideally suited to the unique character of your collage is essential in bringing out its full beauty and fulfilling its artistic intent. We will take care of this step for you, including mounting the final piece behind glass, at no extra cost. The cost of the frame itself is also included in the pricing.

*You will be notified if the media you provide requires excessive retouching or repair at an additional cost.

“3-D” has proven to be quite popular. Provided is the same elaborate treatment of the “2-D” option with the notable addition of a three-dimensional assembly. A number of selected photos and objects are slightly raised from the rest of the background giving added relevance to these items and added depth and interest to the piece in its entirety. Design Pricing:

Because the variety and the personalized nature of the pieces that we can design for you is limitless, all pricing will be quoted to you on a case by case basis.

We are happy to listen to your ideas and share our own with you in arriving at a customized creative solution for you.

Video Pricing:

Your still images and home video footage are artfully incorporated into a memorable creation perfect for display at wedding receptions, family reunions, birthdays, retirement parties, memorial services, etc. They serve equally well as a gift to a long distance loved one or as a personal keepsake. Our video presentations will be delivered to you on a DVD ready for viewing on most PCs and home DVD players.

Pricing for our DVD creations includes the following:

• Minor Image Enhancement – Any required minor enhancement or retouch of your digital images is provided. This may include color correction, tonal adjustments, red-eye reduction, cleaning of dust and debris, reconstructing of missing or damaged areas of image (due to cropping or damage to the photo) and removal of distracting elements (e.g. a stray strand of hair on the subject’s face or a telephone pole in the background).

• Custom DVD Cover and Label Design – A custom cover and disc label featuring selected images from the video piece will be provided.

“Slide Show DVD” Description

A significant amount of time is devoted to selecting and applying appropriate motion effects to each photo (e.g. panning and zooming), as well as tasteful transition effects between each photo. Special attention is given to the mood and timing of the piece, ensuring that key images are featured at stronger moments in the music tracks. You are encouraged to provide video footage to be inserted where appropriate into the production. This extra treatment makes for a more elaborate and emotionally powerful presentation of your imagery.

“Slide Show DVD” Pricing

Shipping and handling fees for delivery of your final product, along with a setup/mastering fee of $100 is charged in addition to the following price per song:

Extra Costs: Any required scanning of photo prints or other physical items to be incorporated into the video will be done at $0.75 per item. Each scan will be cleaned, color corrected and delivered to you on CD. Up to 10 video clips, either delivered in digital format or on VHS, may be incorporated at no extra charge. If music is not provided by you, $1 per song will be charged to acquire the tracks from an online music store.

Example 1: A custom DVD of your material set to 4 standard length songs; all digital music files provided, all digital images provided -> Cost is $380+s/h.

Example 2: A custom DVD of your material set to 4 standard length songs; purchase of songs required ($4), 50 scans required ($37.50) -> Cost is $421.50+s/h.
